Napier Park Giving Fund
The Napier Park Giving Fund is 100% employee-led and funded, and endeavors to partner with organizations that reflect the values and ideals of Napier Park. In our inaugural year, we decided to partner with organization that make an impact in the areas most important to our employees:
Diversity
Streetwise Partners pairs business professionals with mentees who are unemployed or underemployed in order to provide them with the skills, resources, and access to networks they need to secure and maintain employment.
Healthcare & Disease
Impact Melanoma promotes awareness of this silent killer through education, prevention of the disease, and support and charity for those with skin cancer.
Human Services
The Brooke Jackman Foundation is a charity started after its namesake who passed away on September 11, 2001. The program is in its 17th year and focuses on literacy programs for disadvantaged children and families in the New York area through a range of programs: they provide backpacks of books and school supplies, organize literacy programs, and coordinate through city, agency, and school programs.
Veterans Affairs
The Bob Woodruff Foundation ensures that our nation’s veterans, service members, and their families – those who stood for us – have stable and successful futures.

Cycle for Survival
For the past four years, Team Napier Park has participated in Cycle for Survival - a relay-style cycling event to fund rare cancer research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
