Committee for Hispanic Children and Families

In 2017, natural disasters affected families and communities in various areas in the world. Napier Park’s Rosemarie Mohammed along with fellow colleagues partnered with the Committee for Hispanic Children and Families (“CHCF”) in raising funds for basic necessities for families in communities with the greatest need. The organization is a wonderful resource for the children, youth and families in the Hispanic community and strives to provide equitable access to opportunities for the future generations of children to succeed, strengthen and be supported in a continuum of learning.

About Committee for Hispanic Children and Families

CHCF is a New York-based social service organization, founded in 1982, dedicated to improving the quality of life for Latino children and families. CHCF combines education and advocacy to expand opportunities for children and families, and strengthen the voice of the Latino community. Programs in youth development and early care and education build on existing community assets to improve the lives of those in underserved communities and help families find their way out of poverty and its consequences.
